Shipping is charged at £5 within the UK using regular mail for customers located within the United Kingdom and Europe.

Express delivery service may be arranged prior to shipping; for international customers, express delivery is not guaranteed due to customs brokerage delays that may occur.

Express delivery fees will be agreed in advance by e-mail. In case of exchange or cancellation, the charge for express shipping will not be refunded.

VAT will be charged on all EU orders at the standard UK rate.

Our policy is to have happy, satisfied customers. If the product is unsuitable, contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item. At that time, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and inform you of the return address.

Notice of exchange or cancellation MUST be received within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. This notice can be sent via letter, e-mail or fax. We will exchange the item, or issue a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition.

You must return the goods if you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations.

The customer will bear the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. For exchanged items, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement. For cancelled orders, a refund for the full invoice total (including original shipping costs and taxes) will be issued. This excludes charges for express shipping when this has been agreed in advance.

It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you have received your refund or replacement.

Non-UK customers: Please mark your package clearly as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid delays at customs. We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
